What began in 2005 as a focused distribution venture in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia has grown into a regional network connecting technology with purpose. Founded by Mr. Musthafa Poovadichalil, Hassoun Group is today a trusted name in ELV and telecommunications distribution across KSA, UAE, Bahrain, and Oman.
We work alongside system integrators, channel partners, and enterprise clients to deliver more than equipment — we deliver confidence. From CCTV and PABX systems to networking, access control, intercoms, and smart home technology, our goal stays simple: the right solution, on time, every time.
We proudly represent globally recognized brands including Dahua, Grandstream, Imou, Ruijie, Kocom, and Fermax, backed by a supply chain of showrooms and warehouses built for speed and scale.
Supply is only part of the commitment. Our logistics and RMA teams keep operations moving, our technical team steps in when it matters, and our partnerships run deep — with dedicated pricing, design support, and long-term cooperation built into how we work.
We also invest in our own innovations. Our in-house brands — Hivision, Access, and QR — extend our reach into high-performance CCTV accessories, access control, safety systems, and lifestyle electronics.

Our History
Hassoun Group has grown from a local Saudi venture into a recognized regional player in security systems. Starting in 2005, we expanded across India, the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, and China, establishing manufacturing units and operations that now serve the wider Middle East and beyond. Most recently, we launched a franchise program in Saudi Arabia and are preparing a local manufacturing unit for 2026.
